Order Acceptance Policy
An order confirmation will be sent to you via email once your order is submitted. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason including failed payment attempts, declined credit card transactions or if our available supply of a product is less than the quantity ordered.
We currently do not accept payment for pre-ordered items. If you pre-order any item, we will contact you when the product is ready to complete the transaction before shipment.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind about and order you placed on Mreentb.com, you may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been processed or shipped.
Order Processing Time and Shipping/Delivery
We try our best to ship orders within 48 hours after payment has been received. Please allow up to 3 business days lead time for us to process your order and additional time for shipping.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority mail or FedEx. When applicable, flat rate shipping cost will be applied based on the quantity we can fit in a flat rate box. Customers who prefer expedited shipping will be responsible for the entire shipping cost. Customers will get a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
In special cases, we may personally deliver orders to customers who reside in Milwaukee, WI. Please be aware that there may be a delivery fee for the order. Milwaukee (WI) residents who wish to have their orders delivered to them will be contacted by phone or email to arrange for delivery.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Google pay and Venmo. In order to avoid delays in order processing time or order cancellation, please make sure you provide the correct payment and billing information when placing your order. Orders will not be processed until we receive payment. Milwaukee (WI) residents can also pay for their order with cash or by check at the time of delivery. Please be aware that there will be a $30 additional charge for bounced or invalid checks.
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we stand by the quality of our products. We sincerely hope that you love our products as much as we love making them. Please note that our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients which can result in some slight variations in color and patterns of our bar soaps. This is one of the many special qualities of handcrafted soaps. Each bar may have its own unique patterns.
If you are unsure of any item we offer, please purchase one of our samples to try.
If you are unhappy with anything you purchased, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your products and we will work with you to improve your experience.
To ensure the purity of our products, and the safety of our clients, we do not accept returns unless your package arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect product. In that event, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please provide us with pictures of the damaged shipping box as well as the damaged item you received (in the original packaging) and packing list via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include your name, order number, pictures of the damaged package, products in question and reason for requested return in your email.
We will not accept returns if you fail to contact us to get a Return Authorization Number “RAN” to be included in your package prior to sending it or after the postmark date noted on your issued “RAN” and a processing fee may apply.
If you receive a product that you did not order, and you were not charged for it, please enjoy it on us!
Modification to Service/Prices and Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or products without notice at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the incident that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We will issue refunds for the in the amount we received for the paid order and contact the customer via email regarding the cancelled order, reason and refund.
